What is the return policy?
Because all custom stationery is specially designed just for you, once proofs are approved, these items are non-refundable. This includes all design work, printing, and assembly—your order is one-of-a-kind and can’t be resold.
For non-custom items, like envelope liners, ribbon, or metal clips, returns may be possible at the customer’s expense and at Seller’s discretion, as long as everything is accounted for, unused, and undamaged during transit.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Most orders are considered final sale once proofs are approved, and the retainer is non-refundable except in rare circumstances where we cannot complete your order due to illness, emergencies, or other unavoidable events.
When will I get my order?
Production begins after you approve your final proof. Typically, production takes 7–10 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Keep in mind that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by manufacturer or carrier delays.
Where are your products manufactured?
All stationery is designed by me in my studio, where I create each piece as the artist and designer. All stationery is printed at a trusted, family-owned printing house that I’ve partnered with for years. Their team is experienced, reliable, and provides excellent customer service. I work closely with them to select the best materials, ensure flawless printing, and stay up to date on production times.
For larger orders, such as full invitation suites, your stationery will first be shipped to our studio. There, we carefully inspect each piece, add additional protective packaging, add any embellishments, print any assembly instructions, and include transit insurance to ensure everything arrives safely.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included based on the size and type of your order:
- Basic: For lighter orders like envelope liners or small add-ons.
- Standard: For mid-sized orders like save-the-dates with printed envelopes, including insurance and an extra quality check.
- Premium: For large orders like full invitation suites, including insurance, robust packaging, and assembly & handling instructions.
